The buck (and the perfect burger) stops here. You’ll make sure the entire site runs perfectly, meeting our exacting standards for customer care and quality – as well as sales targets.
Above all, you’re a brilliant people manager. Spreadsheets, cost controls and forecasts are still important, but nothing’s bigger than the team. You’ll spot training and development needs before they become an issue, and make sure everything’s in place to get the most of your team’s potential.
Your skills, qualities and experience
Bags of personality, drive and self-motivation. We’re also looking for management experience in retail, catering or hospitality, along with a real track record of success.
You’ll need to bring evidence of your success – and a perfect combination of people and financial management skills. A truly broad commercial awareness – with the ability to really grow the business.
