Q. How do I register?
A. Go to our online registration form. Enter a couple of details on our registration form and click the ‘sign up’ button. We’ll immediately send you an email - with a link to click on - that lets you authorise your account. This email just makes sure you’ve used a valid, working email address. You’ll not be able to access our brilliant online offers until you’ve completed both steps.
 
Q. When I try to log in, it says “Incorrect e-mail address or password”. Why can’t I log into the Friends section?
A. Please check that you’ve already registered your details and created a username and password.
If you haven’t, just use our online registration form.
If you’re sure you’ve already registered, are you positive you’ve authorised your account?
If not, try resending the authorisation email by clicking on this link.
This will activate your account and let you log in.
If you’ve forgotten your password, don’t worry. All you have to do is send yourself a new one - using our forgotten password form.

Q. I’m stuck. My authorisation email hasn’t arrived. What can I do next?
A. The authorisation email should be pinged back to you pretty quickly after you first register with us.
But, if you think there may be a problem with your email provider, you can’t find it in your inbox or if you’ve accidently deleted it; you can request another authorisation e-mail by clicking here
If you still don’t receive an authorisation email, it could be because the email address you’ve given us isn’t right.
Please log in, check the spelling and if you have made a mistake, change and save the new email address.
An authorisation email will then be sent to that new address.

Q. I can log in, but then I get an error page. Why can’t I get to the promotion?
A. Now, this might be because your browser isn’t set to accept cookies.
Cookies are harmless files which help a website recognise you - and help us deliver our online services to you.
When you’ve ‘enabled’ cookies on your browser, you’ll need to close down the website - then log back in using your email address and password.
If this still doesn’t crack the problem, you may have to get in-touch with your internet provider.

Q. I’ve forgotten my password. Will you send me a new one?
A. Of course. No problem.
We’ve even got a special forgotten password form for that very reason.
You’ll need to enter the e-mail address you used to sign up to our site.
Then, the new password will be generated and sent to that e-mail address.
One quick word of advice; try to avoid clicking the ‘new password’ button more than once.
And remember, every time you use the service, your password will be reset. So make sure you always use your most recent password when you come and visit us.
 
Q. How can I change my contact details and password after I’ve registered?
A. It couldn’t be easier.
Once you’ve logged in, you can update your details using the profile page.
The profile page lets you change lots of the details you entered when you signed up...like your address, email address, date of birth or telephone number.
Once you have made the changes you want to your details, press the “Update” button to save them. Sorted.
